About That Gift Guy

That Gift Guy is a friendly gift guide organised by recipient and budget, written for people who want good ideas fast.

Gift Ideas

Everybody knows one: the friend who always seems to find the right present. That Gift Guy is that friend, in website form.

How it works

Ideas are sorted two ways: who the gift is for, and how much you want to spend. Pick both and you get a short list to choose from. No endless scrolling.

The house rules

  • A gift should fit the person, not the season.
  • Useful is good. Useful and a bit fun is better.
  • Spending more never fixes a gift that missed the point.
  • A handwritten note makes nearly anything better.

No hype, no pressure. Just ideas from a guy who likes figuring out what people will actually use and enjoy.
